HAMMOND, LA - (August 11, 2017) - You can run, but you can't hide!!!
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office burglary unit with the assistance of Hammond Police Department have been able to identify the subject as Donny McKay (DOB 05/29/1988) of President Hoover Street Ponchatoula.
On the night of August 9, 2017, Hammond Police Department contacted TPSO detectives in the burglary unit advising they had stopped a subject matching the description of the individual seen in the surveillance video on South Hoover. Detectives responded to the scene and conducted an interview with McKay. At the conclusion of the interviews, detectives placed McKay in custody for RS 14:62 simple burglary.
