HAMMOND, LA - September 24, 2018 - Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports that the Criminal investigations Division has been investigating thefts of several utility trailers taken from residences across Tangipahoa Parish.
Sheriff Edwards is asking for your assistance in gathering information regarding the following:
1. July 18, 2018, in the early morning hours, a black utility trailer was taken from a residence on HWY 22 E. in Ponchatoula, LA.
2. July 31, 2018, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the next morning, a 2014 Road Clipper, flat bed trailer with fold-up ramps was taken from a residence on Maddy Lane on Ponchatoula. The trailer, which was locked at the time of the theft, had no railings.
3. September 10, 2018, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., a 5x10 black utility trailer was taken from a driveway on Audrey Lane in Hammond, LA. The trailer had a spare tire secured with a yellow chain and was fully locked with a master lock at the time it was taken.
