INDEPENDENCE, LA - September 7, 2018 - Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for the public's assistance for information surrounding a theft that occurred on Allessi Rd. in Independence.
On August 28, 2018, an Independence resident reported a flat bed trailer was stolen from a location on Alessi Rd. The trailer is described as being a 20' long homemade bumper pull flat bed, with a "C" channel frame, black plywood decking, with two house trailer axles, landing gear from an 18 wheeler trailer, and a headache rack.
The trailer was taken between 5:30PM on August 28th and 5:30PM on August 29th. . Anyone with information is asked to contact TPSO Lt. Blane Sanders at 985-748-3309 or Crime Stoppers at 800.554.5245.
