ROBERT, LA - December 19, 2018 - The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Office Organized Retail Theft Task Force is currently investigating a felony theft that took place at the Louisiana Sportsman Paradise Located on Hwy 445 Robert, LA. Surveillance camera video footage indicates that these two individuals are responsible for the crime.
Surveillance video shows the female causing a distraction for the sales clerk while the older male walks around the counter and takes approximately 21 cartons of cigarettes, numerous pre-made sandwiches and snack cakes. The male then exits the store without paying for the items. This theft equates to over a one-thousand dollars loss for the store owner.
