Arrest
PONCHATOULA, LA - Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports the following:
On July 1, 2019, TPSO detectives began investigating a residential burglary located on Morgan Howes Road in Ponchatoula. With assistance from the watchful eye of a neighbor, detectives were able to develop, identify, and apprehend the subjects connected to this burglary. Additionally, detectives were able to recover the stolen property and return it to the victim.
Arrested in connection to this case were: 78 - year-old Lois Clausen, 56-year-old Walter J Phillips, and 36 -year-old Clarence Gaten Jr . All subjects were charged with one count of Burglary of a Residence
