TPSO Looking for Wanted Subject
HAMMOND, LA –– Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for your assistance in locating 55 – year-old Randolph “Randy” Skinner, Sr. of Drake Road.
Skinner is wanted by the TPSO for the crime of obstruction of justice in the disappearance of 21-year-old Deranisha Williams. Deranisha has been missing since Saturday, September 5, 2020.
Randy Skinner is described as being 5’6” in height, 150 pounds, and brown eyes.
