HAMMOND, LA - On November 12, 2020, at approximately 2:24 a.m., deputies with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a business alarm at the "Best Stop #46" on Highway 22 in Ponchatoula, LA.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered the front glass door of the business was shattered. Further investigation revealed that an unknown male had entered the store through the broken glass and stolen a large amount of cash from the register. Shortly after, the business security alarm activated, appearing to cause the unknown male to flee.
The suspect appears to be wearing blue jeans, with a dark colored long sleeve shirt, with his face covered and gloves on his hands.
