HAMMOND, LA - The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is requesting the public’s help in locating a wanted subject, 38 - year-old Laterrance WHITE “ aka BLIMP” of Hammond.
WHITE is known to frequent the Natalbany area. He is wanted for numerous outstanding warrants.
