Wanted Subject
TPSO detectives are looking for 26-year-old wanted subject Darrell McClain of Ponchatoula.
McClain is wanted on outstanding charges of aggravated second degree battery and auto theft.
Also, on Jan. 12, 2021, McClain was involved in a physical altercation where he is accused of stabbing a female subject in the lower back. McClain fled the scene before deputies arrived at the residence. The victim received non-life-threatening injuries.
McClain is said to have fled the scene in a black 2016 Kia Optima.
Anyone knowing of his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Tangi. at 800-554-JAIL. Sgt. Detective Jill Hutcheson is the lead investigator.
