Investigations
The General Investigations Division of the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office consists of detectives who are extensively trained in all aspects of criminal investigations. Criminal activities assigned to this division include crimes against persons and property, drug-related crimes, commercial and residential breaking and entering, larcenies, robberies, rapes, murders, white-collar crimes, computer crimes, and child abuse. Our detectives leverage all available forensic resources and traditional investigative techniques to solve crimes, locate suspects, track fugitives, find missing persons, and recover stolen property.
