ALL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS ARE DUE December 31, 2025

The amount is the total of ad valorem taxes and other statutory impositions included on your tax bill due for this current year. By law, your ad valorem property taxes and other statutory impositions are delinquent after December 31 of each year. If you fail to pay by the due date, interest will accrue at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on a non-compounding basis until paid. The law also provides for the recovery of costs incurred in the tax collection process. Failure to pay the total statutory impositions, interest, and costs due may cause the tax lien to be offered for sale at tax lien auction. You will have the right to pay the amounts due until the day before the auction. If the tax lien is sold at auction, you may terminate the lien according to law, but in order to terminate, you will be required to pay the delinquent obligation, a five percent (5%) penalty, and interest not to exceed the rate of one percent (1%) per month on a non-compounding basis computed on the amount paid at auction by the tax lien purchaser, together with other amounts in accordance with law.

If funds for tax payments are escrowed by your mortgage lender, please forward this tax notice to that lender. Please notify the tax collector's office of a change of address. To update your address by mail, detach the return stub at the bottom of your tax statement page, check the box on the back indicating you wish to update your address and fill out the portion with your new address and phone number.

It is your responsibility to confirm payment has been received. TPSO is not responsible for lost payments.

DID NOT RECEIVE A TAX NOTICE? If you have purchased/acquired property within the last year and did not receive a tax notice, the tax notice may have been mailed to the prior owner. Click "Pay Property Tax" link above to access tax notices.
