TPSO Investigating Drive-By Shooting Incident in Natalbany Area

NATALBANY (September 3, 2025)- The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO) needs the public’s help gathering information about the whereabouts of a suspect vehicle and the identities of the occupants of that vehicle, involved in a recent drive-by shooting incident in the Natalbany area.

Around7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 26, as two men were pulling into the driveway of a home on Dead End Street off of LA 1064, dozens of shots were fired in their direction. No one was injured, but it was determined that the vehicle they were in and the home they were in front of were struck.

Through this investigation, deputies have determined the shots were fired from a blue,4-door Volvo bearing Mississippi license plate “PRH 1763” seen in the attached picture.

In addition, detectives have found that the vehicle was seen on surveillance video at the gas station on the corner of LA 51 and LA 1064 just before the shooting. The person of interest seen in the second attached picture, wearing a blue T-shirt with a white unidentified logo on the left chest, exited the rear driver’s side door to buy gas.

Sheriff Gerald Sticker encourages anyone with information about who these suspects are, or this vehicle’s whereabouts, to contact the Criminal Investigations Office at 985-902-2088.
