TPSO Seeking Identities, Locations of Several Suspects

HAMMOND (October 9, 2026)- The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO) is asking the public for assistance identifying and locating several suspects wanted in a variety of crimes.

·        The first case is from September 9thwhere two women, one pregnant, entered a business on University Avenue in Hammond and stole a pink pole typically associated with exotic dancing. The duo drove away in a blue or black Chevrolet sedan, but not before being captured on surveillance video. Any information about who the suspects seen in the surveillance images are can be provided by contacting Retail Crimes Detective Earl McFarland at 985-514-8181.

·        The next case is regarding a shooting investigation from the Independence area also from September 9th. A 20-year-oldman reported being shot multiple times in his vehicle on Alexander Road. He survived, however, this investigation, so far, has resulted in an arrest warrant for 25-year-old Charmaine Tillman on one count of Principle to Attempted 2nd Degree Murder. She also has three unrelated outstanding warrants.

·        Lastly, we are still trying to locate runaway juveniles Tori Sullivan, 15, and 17-year-old Kenyanna Garner. Sullivan,15, was last seen Friday, September 25, at the bus stop near Kohnke Hill Road in Hammond. It is believed Sullivan may be with non-custodial relatives in the Denham Springs area. Tori is not believed to be in danger, but does need to be located and returned to her authorized guardians. Kenyanna Garner, 17, was last seen early Sunday morning, September 27, around Old Mill Court in Ponchatoula. Reports have placed her in the Village of Tangipahoa and around the Tangi Village Apartments in Hammond, but relatives and deputies have been unable to locate her to return her home.
