UPDATE- Be On the Lookout: Wanted Suspect
UPDATE- Pacheco is in custody! Following a quick tip with a possible suspect location in St. Tammany Parish, we engaged our partners in the Proactive Enforcement Unit (PEU) with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office. Just before 4 p.m., Pacheco was located at a job site and was placed under arrest.
HAMMOND (October 21, 2025)- The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a wanted suspect who has been evading arrest.
Carlos Antonio Pacheco, a 34-year-old, is wanted for multiple crimes against at least two teenagers including Sexual Battery, First Degree Rape of a Victim Under 13, Aggravated Crimes Against Nature and Molestation of a Juvenile.
Pacheco is known to work construction and landscaping jobs and has been changing various addresses in Tangipahoa and St. Tammany parishes, making it difficult for our detectives to secure his arrest.
